Reservations & Cancellation
Credit or debit card details are required to secure an appointment for any cosmetic clinical procedures. If you need to cancel or change your appointment we require 48hours notice, otherwise a fee will be charged for all cosmetic and beauty/spa treatments.

Arrival
If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we will endeavour to accommodate you but we cannot promise that we will be able to provide your full treatment time. You will however be charged the full time of the treatment(s) booked.

Contra-Indications
Please be aware that some treatments may not be suitable for customers with certain conditions therefore on your arrival you will be asked to complete a medical consultation sheet. In order that we can treat you safely we advise you to be honest and thorough when completing our consultation forms. We ensure that all information is maintained in a confidential manner in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

In the event of any treatment(s) being unsuitable for you, your therapist or Cosmetic Doctor will advise you accordingly.

All tinting procedures require a patch test 24 hours prior to treatment. In all cases when a customer is considering a cosmetic procedure, you will be required to attend a full consultation with our resident Cosmetic Doctor prior to any procedure.

Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of print but are subject to alteration without prior notice. Paca reserves the right to increase prices and modify or discontinue treatments without prior notice.
