We have a rigorous selection process, following stringent guidelines and procedures. Each member of the Paca Harrogate Team has been highly vetted ensuring that we have the best possible team to meet our customer’s needs and expectations.
Our Resident Cosmetic Doctor is UK trained and has post graduate qualifications in surgery (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh). He has full accreditation in courses for all treatments and procedures undertaken including dermal fillers, Botox and Macrolane Injection Breast Augmentation. We believe that ‘injectables are not cosmetics’ and that all procedures should be carried out by professional, experienced hands with a caring approach, practising ethical, cosmetic medicine and putting the safety of each client first and foremost every time. Our Resident Cosmetic Doctor will assess all clients in a free no obligation medical consultation. During this process the client’s needs and expectations will be assessed and only a safe, patient centred treatment plan will be agreed.
The Management Team at Paca Harrogate were carefully selected to find the right balance, combining over 35 years experience in customer services, the beauty industry, medical profession and retail.
All our therapists have successfully completed advanced training in all aspects of beauty therapy. Each member of the Paca Therapy Team has attended specialist courses in the Pevonia Botanica, Leighton Denny and Daniel Sandler ranges, ensuring that all treatments are provided to an exceptionally high, professional standard. Our Paca Therapy Team aim to select the most appropriate treatments and products to suit the individual’s requirements and desires. As well as providing a comprehensive range of treatments, our therapy team are always happy to offer valuable advice and ideas.
The Paca Café Bar Team has all received expert training from Illy, ensuring that each and every cup of coffee is made to the same high standard. The team take great pride in using one of the worlds finest coffees to create the distinctive tasting, perfect cup of Illy coffee. The Paca Café Bar Team are also fully trained in serving our delicious Dumouchel pastries, Pago fruit juices and Harrogate Spa bottled waters. They all pay attention to detail and will gladly offer friendly advice and conversation in our Harrogate café bar.
